A 90-minute experiential workshop on altered states, for seekers, intuitives, and magical practitioners

Trance is one of the oldest spiritual technologies. Used for healing, divination, spiritual communication, and inner transformation, trance has long been a gateway to the unseen realms. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to access these states intentionally—and return from them with clarity and purpose.

We’ll cover:

• The history of trance in magical and healing traditions

• What modern science reveals about brainwaves and altered states

• The role of trance in intuitive development and energy work

• A repeatable technique to enter trance quickly and safely

• Why exiting trance properly matters—and how to do it

You’ll observe live demonstrations and be guided through a process to enter and exit trance yourself. There will be time for questions, reflection, and integration. Handouts will be provided to support continued practice after class.

This workshop is offered in-person only.

Instructor:This class is led by Marija Mikolajczak, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Dowser, and SchoolKeeper of the Green Witch School of Practical Magic. Her work blends subconscious transformation with earth-based spiritual practices to help students reconnect with their intuition, inner wisdom, and the unseen energies that support real change.
