Trance Formation for Transformation
A hands-on workshop for spiritual seekers, intuitives, and magical practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of trance as a conscious, repeatable skill, brought to you by Green Witch School of Practical Magic.
Trance is one of the oldest spiritual technologies—used for healing, divination, communion with spirit, and inner transformation. In this experiential class, you’ll explore the role of trance across traditions, learn how modern science explains altered states, and gain tools to enter and exit trance intentionally.
Together, we’ll explore:
The history of trance in magical and healing lineages
The neuroscience of altered states and how brainwaves shift during trance
The role of trance in intuitive development, energy work, and spiritual communication
A practical technique you can use anytime to enter trance quickly and reliably
Why getting out of trance matters—and how to do it with clarity and intention
You’ll also have the chance to observe demonstrations—including a powerful look at how effortlessly trance can begin—and practice entering and emerging from trance on your own, with time for questions and integration.
Whether you’re new to trance or looking to refine your relationship with it, this workshop offers a grounded, well-rounded foundation in one of the most essential spiritual skills.
Instructor:
This workshop is taught by Marija Mikolajczak, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Dowser, Spiritual Gardener, and Director of Green Witch School of Practical Magic. Her work blends subconscious transformation with earth-based spiritual practices, helping students reconnect with intuition, inner wisdom, and the unseen energies that support real change.
Early Bird Registration is $75 until July 1. This workshop is limited to 8 participants.
