About the event

The Relaxation Room is a live, in-person group hypnosis experience designed to help your nervous system settle, release tension, and reset more deeply than meditation alone.


Led by Marija Mikolajczak, a certified hypnotherapist, this session uses guided hypnosis to intentionally shift the body out of stress and into a state of regulation, rest, and ease. You’ll be comfortably seated or lying down while being guided inward through imagery and suggestion that supports calm, safety, and restoration.


This is not a class, workshop, or discussion group.There is nothing to analyze, perform, or share.


The experience is quiet, contained, and gently paced, allowing your system to let go without effort.


What to Expect

  • A brief orientation to help you arrive and settle

  • A guided group hypnosis experience focused on nervous system regulation

  • Deep physical and mental relaxation

  • Time to integrate and return before leaving


Who This Is For

This experience is well-suited if you:

  • Feel chronically stressed, tense, or mentally overloaded

  • Have difficulty fully relaxing, even during downtime

  • Want a restorative experience without committing to private work

  • Are curious about hypnosis in a low-pressure, supportive setting

  • Want an in-person nervous system reset


No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation is required.

Location: Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center, Stamford, CT

Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: $40 per person

Capacity: Limited to keep the experience quiet and contained


You’re welcome to attend as a one-time reset or return for future sessions as they’re offered.


Please arrive between 3:50 and 4:00 so that we can begin promptly at 4 PM. To preserve a quiet, uninterrupted experience for everyone, late entry may not be accommodated once the session has begun.
