Discover Strength and Balance Through Yoga

Nicole McGee has been a student of yoga since 2013 and is a YTT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor. Her personal journey into yoga began as a fitness practice but quickly evolved into a profound spiritual transformation. Nicole’s dedication to the roots of yoga informs her teaching, as she seeks to share its benefits for personal growth and holistic well-being.

In addition to yoga, Nicole is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years of experience, a Level III Reiki Practitioner, and a certified practitioner of Traditional Thai Massage. Her integrative approach to wellness extends beyond the mat, offering her clients a comprehensive path to healing and balance.

Services Offered

  • Nicole is offering by-donation community yoga classes on Wednesdays at 11 am and 1 pm.  

  • Nicole also offers distance Reiki, and Reiki Massage sessions offsite.

Philosophy

Nicole McGee believes yoga is far more than a physical practice—it is a path to transformation and self-discovery. Drawing on years of study and inspiration from sacred texts like The Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutras, Nicole incorporates the wisdom of yoga philosophy into each class.

 

Her goal is to guide students on their journey, whether through dynamic flows that build strength or restorative practices that cultivate inner peace. By integrating meditation, breathwork, and insights from yoga’s ancient teachings, Nicole helps students explore the deeper connections between mind, body, and spirit.
